The Village has 20 studio apartments that are specially designed for those with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. The wing has

	Secured doors
	Nursing personnel trained in caring for those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia
	A secure wandering garden to encourage outdoor recreation
	A special dining room
	A recreation coordinator who provides daily activities that use mental and sensory stimulation to promote residents' skills and abilities

Short-stay care/respite care

Short-stay care/respite care is ideal for ambulatory seniors who have been in the hospital and aren't quite ready to go home or for those whose caregivers need a break. Short-stay residents may live at the Landing for as long as three months. The cost starts at $140 per day.

Like full-time residents, short-stay residents receive
